About the event
The purpose of the Interim Working Board (IWB) is to establish the Molokai Heritage Trust (MHT) as a member-managed non-profit to be the kāhua of our work moving forward for the acquisition and management of Molokai Ranch lands once acquired. The MHT IWB will focus solely on establishing organizational documents, membership, and the founding board. At this meeting we will officially introduce the IWB, review their purpose as a board, and approve their work-plan.
